Stays — Setting Up Your Property

1. Creating a Property

Navigate to Dashboard > Properties > Add Property. Fill in:

• Name: A descriptive name for your property
• Type: Select from available property types
• Address: Street, city, state, country, and postal code (validated for BR and US)
• Max Guests: Maximum occupancy
• Listing Type: ENTIRE_PLACE, ROOMS_ONLY, or BOTH

2. Adding Units

Each property can have multiple units. For each unit:

• Name, description, and unit type
• Nightly rate in cents (e.g., 15000 = $150.00)
• Amenities, bed configuration, accessibility features
• Bathrooms, bedrooms, beds count

3. Setting Status

Properties start as DRAFT. Set to ACTIVE when ready to accept reservations.

4. Uploading Photos

Use the Media section to upload property and unit photos. Supporting up to 50 images per property.

5. Pricing Configuration

Set seasonal pricing rules, weekday pricing rules, and dynamic pricing preferences in the Pricing section.
