The Staff Productivity agent analyzes each staff member's performance over the last 30 days:

Score criteria:

• A (Top Performer): ≥ 90% completion rate AND ≥ 80% on-time
• B (Solid): ≥ 75% completion rate
• C (Below Average): ≥ 50% completion rate
• D (Low Performer): < 50% completion rate

Workload Forecasting

The Workload Forecasting agent projects job hours vs staff availability for 7/14/30 days. It flags "Demand Gaps" when confirmed jobs exceed staff capacity.

Route Optimization

The Route Optimization agent calculates the most efficient job sequence per team daily, minimizing travel time and fuel costs.

Commission Tracking

Staff can earn commissions on completed jobs. Configure commissionPercent on the staff member's profile. When a booking is completed with an assigned staff member, a STAFF commission is automatically created.
