Task Types

• CHECKOUT: Full cleaning after guest departure (auto-generated on reservation completion)
• MID_STAY: Light cleaning during extended stays
• DEEP_CLEAN: Periodic deep cleaning scheduled manually

Task Lifecycle

1. PENDING: Created, awaiting assignment
2. IN_PROGRESS: Staff assigned and working
3. DONE: Completed

Tasks are auto-generated when a reservation is marked COMPLETED. Manual creation is also supported for ad-hoc needs.

Assigning Staff

Tasks can be assigned to any registered staff member. Staff profiles include skills, certifications, and availability for smart matching.

Time Tracking

Staff log estimated minutes per task. Actual completion time is compared against estimates for productivity analysis (see AI Staff Productivity agent).
