Each employee gets an A-D score based on actual task duration versus the estimate, and on-time completion rate.

Using the Score

Use top scores to identify who to assign your hardest turnovers to, and low scores to flag who needs additional training or a lighter schedule.

Score Trends Over Time

Review score trends monthly rather than reacting to any single job — a bad score on one unusually difficult property doesn't mean a bad employee.
