Payout Timing

Payouts are released after the guest's check-in (or per your configured trigger), reducing the risk of paying out on a reservation that's later cancelled.

Checking Payout Status

Review payout status and history directly in Workspace Settings > Payments — each payout links back to the reservations it covers.

Delayed Payouts

A delayed payout is usually a bank-detail or verification issue — check Workspace Settings first before contacting support.
