Guest Payment Methods

Guests pay via Stripe-processed cards and, where configured, local payment methods (e.g. Pix in Brazil).

Receiving Payouts

Payouts are processed on your configured schedule and currency, net of platform fees, into the bank details on file in Workspace Settings.

Failed or Disputed Payments

A failed payment blocks reservation confirmation automatically; a disputed payment is flagged in your dashboard with guidance on providing evidence.
