What Data Is Collected

Guest and passenger data (identity documents, contact details, special needs) is collected only where a module requires it for booking or compliance — e.g. passenger manifests for group transport.

Who Can See It

Access to guest data is scoped by role and workspace — staff only see what's relevant to tasks assigned to them.
