Creating a Reservation

Navigate to Cars Ops > Reservations > New Reservation.

• Select vehicle, customer, dates
• Set pickup/dropoff branch (optional)
• Record initial fuel level and mileage

Driver Profiles

Manage driver profiles with:

• License number and expiry date
• Points tracking and blacklist status
• Rental history for risk assessment

AI Renter Risk Scoring

The AI Renter Risk agent evaluates driver risk based on:

• License points (> 10 = HIGH risk)
• Past damage claims (3+ = HIGH risk)
• Blacklist status (flagged = HIGH risk)
• Recommended deposit levels adjust automatically

Branch Management

Set up pickup and dropoff branch locations with address, contact, and operating hours.

US sales tax on rentals (live)

Car rentals estimate tax from the pickup branch when set. Abkus default works out of the box; reservations show Subtotal / Est. sales tax / Total. Own API = paste URL + token only. See /help/us-sales-tax-helpers.
