Maintenance Work Orders

Create and track work orders per vehicle. Assign to an in-house mechanic or an outside vendor. Each order carries a type — MECHANIC or DETAILING — along with cost and status (open, in progress, completed).

Vehicle Inspections

Run check-in and check-out inspections with photo documentation. Record fuel level, mileage, and overall condition at each step. These records are the source of truth when a claim or a renter dispute needs to be resolved.

Assigning Work

Route work orders to mechanics or specialized vendors based on the type of service and current workload. Track turnaround time per vendor to spot bottlenecks before they affect fleet availability.
