Registering a Vehicle

Navigate to Cars Ops > Fleet > Add Vehicle. Required fields:

• Make, model, year, plate, VIN
• Transmission, fuel type, doors, seats
• Daily rate in cents
• Color, cargo volume, features

Vehicle Statuses

• AVAILABLE: Ready to rent
• RENTED: Currently on rental
• MAINTENANCE: In service
• OUT_OF_SERVICE: Permanently removed

Maintenance Tracking

• Record current mileage and fuel level
• Set nextMaintenanceKm for automatic alerts
• View maintenance history via VehicleMaintenanceOrder
• Use the AI Maintenance Predictor for proactive service scheduling

Fuel & Mileage Logging

Track fuel level (1/8 to 8/8) and mileage at check-in and check-out for each rental.
