Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Changing Plans

Upgrade or downgrade a manager's plan tier at any time from Workspace Settings > Billing — the change applies to your next billing cycle.

Feature Access on Downgrade

Downgrading removes access to the higher tier's features immediately at the next cycle; any data created while on the higher tier is preserved, not deleted.

Prorated Charges

Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated for the remainder of the current period — you're not charged the full new-tier price twice.
