There is no grace period. If a subscription payment fails or is overdue, the account is suspended immediately:

• Data Safety: During this suspension, all your database records, configurations, and history are safely preserved and secure. No data is lost.

3. Data Purge Policy

After 30 days of continuous suspension without payment restoration, the workspace is flagged for final de-provisioning, and data is permanently purged.
