Commission Types

SERVICE Commission

Auto-recorded when an activity operator with commissionPercent configured completes a service order. The commission percentage applies to the service order cost.

STAFF Commission

When a staff member (user with commissionPercent) is assigned to a booking, marking the booking COMPLETED auto-creates a STAFF commission row. Requires:

1. Setting commissionPercent on the user's profile
2. Setting assignedStaffUserId on the booking

PARTNERSHIP Commission

Through the Partner Network (Admin > Partners):

1. Select a partner host per vertical
2. Set the commission percentage
3. Future bookings involving both hosts can trigger PARTNERSHIP commissions

Viewing Commissions

All commissions are visible in Agency Ops > Commissions. Filter by source type, status, and date range.
