Creating Bookings

Navigate to Agency Ops > Bookings.

• Select tour type, date, and provider
• Enter client information (auto-resolves to Client 360)
• Set total price and currency
• Track status: DRAFT → CONFIRMED → COMPLETED

Service Orders

For activity operators, create service orders:

• Link to an existing booking
• Select the activity operator provider
• Set service type: TOUR, TRANSFER, or ACTIVITY
• Record cost and commission percentage
• On COMPLETED, automatically records SERVICE commission

Passenger Manifests

For each booking, manage passenger details:

• Full name, document type and number
• Nationality and date of birth
• Special needs accommodations
• Required for charter and group transport compliance

Provider Directory

Browse and manage:

• Tour Guides: Licensed guides with language, specialization, and rates
• Transfer Providers: Transport companies with fleet details
• Activity Operators: Activity organizers with commission configuration
